Respondents filed a Petition for Review May 7, 2013 from an April 30, 2013 letter issued by the trial commissioner acting for the Second District imposing a fine pursuant to Sec. 31-288(b)(1).

On May 7, 2013 the trial commissioner vacated this fine. As a result of the trial commissioner vacating the fine, respondents appeal is moot.
