Thomas v. Lisbon, 4 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 136, 364 CRD-2-84, 365 CRD-2-84 (December 24, 1987), error, judgment directed, 209 Conn. 268 (1988).

CRD held municipality which had mutual aid agreement with other municipality liable for volunteer fireman’s injuries while fighting fire for benefit of other municipality.

Collins v. Milford, 3 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 103, 181 CRD-3-82 (December 1, 1986), error, remanded in part, 15 Conn. App. 84 (1988).

Returning an antique fire engine to headquarters after a parade where claimant offered his services to a person in charge of another fire company was found to constitute an activity engaged in as part of fire duties.
